Flexifest 2025
Our school recently celebrated Flexifest, a festival created by young people who saw the need for an event where everyone could share their talents and creativity.
This year’s festival was proudly supported by a $5,000 grant and recognised through the Greg Hildebrand Award. This honour celebrates the life and legacy of Greg, a much-loved EREA staff member known for his loud shirts and passion for celebrating the success of young people.
The day was filled with colour, energy, and connection. Highlights included a Welcome to Country by Kulture, circus performances, tie-dye t-shirts, henna tattoos, tree planting, and delicious food from a Mexican food truck.
The true stars of the event were our talented young musicians, who delivered an incredible hour-long live set that had the crowd on their feet.
A huge thank you to everyone who made Flexifest possible. This year was our biggest and best yet and we can’t wait to see it grow even further next year!
